Cruise Ship Passenger Tours
Akaroa has been voted the number one cruise ship destination by cruise ship passengers for the whole of New Zealand and Australia. We want to help in maintaining that reputation by offering a variety of tours for you when you arrive on your cruise ship at Akaroa.
Our choice of tours includes a variety of local Akaroa and Banks Peninsula tours and a little further afield to Christchurch as well as a wine tour option.
And for those who really want to see what the interior of the South Island has to offer, we have introduced two overnight tour options, rejoining your cruise ship at the next Port.
Going South crosses the Canterbury Plains to Lake Tekapo, Mt Cook (Aoraki), Twizel, Omarama and Oamaru to arrive in Dunedin for Port Chalmers. Going North explores Christchurch, the Waipara Valley wine growing region, Kaikoura and Blenheim, the home of Sauvignon Blanc.
We have added an activity to our offering with a Mountain Bike Tour (passive riding), or you can choose our alternative of a bike hire to ride around Akaroa.
We like to keep our tours personal by operating modern vehicles with a maximum of 12 passenger seats.
